Since 1980, we have been partnering with manufacturing companies in consumer products and industrial products and with service companies as their leadership consultants in the executive marketplace, helping them find tested leaders who have had a positive impact on their bottomline.
Our average length of search is 79.4 days, with the majority of our searches falling in the 50 to 75 day range. We guarantee one year with our placements and have a 90% retainment rate of executives remaining in their positions at the end of the one year.
