Company Information:: Goetze Dental began as the St. Joseph Drug Company, a retail drug store located in St. Joseph, Missouri. Our founder, W.F. Goetze, MD, quickly realized there was a demand for more than just selling the retail drug items he stocked in his drug store. Dr. Goetze expanded his business to the distribution of medical supplies to physicians, dentists, and veterinarians. In the early 1900's, Dr. Goetze partnered with his brother-in-law and the business became known as Goetze-Niemer.

Fast-forward 120 years later..... Today, Goetze Dental is still family owned and operated by the fourth generation of the Goetze family. In 1994, the decision was made to spin off the medical supply division and direct our focus exclusively on dental. At the time of this decision, it was also determined to drop the Niemer from the company name and become Goetze Dental.

Today, Goetze Dental focuses on the nine midwestern state region serving over 10,000 dental professionals. Goetze Dental’s corporate headquarters is a 45,000 square foot state-of-the-art distribution facility centrally located in Kansas City, Missouri. We have branch showroom locations with fully stocked and staffed service departments in Denver, Des Moines, Omaha, Springfield, St. Louis, and Wichita.
