Maniilaq Association is a tribal non-profit corporation who represents twelve federally recognized Alaskan tribes located in Northwest Alaska. The Maniilaq Health Center manages and provides health and social services to approximately 7,730 people within the Northwest Arctic Borough and including Pt. Hope, Alaska which is located inside the Northslope Borough. In February of 1995, Maniilaq's medical and community health programs moved into a brand new health center along with 50 new living units for the health care staff. The Health Center includes the following: 17 inpatient beds; a large outpatient area; emergency suite; radiology; laboratory; dental clinic; eye clinic; and a variety of related support health and social services.
