Bright Now! Dental, Inc. was formed to help dentists focus on patient care by assuming responsibility for business functions such as administrative, financial, marketing and information services.  Affiliated dental offices benefit from business expertise and economies of scale that help them operate efficiently and control costs.  As a result, our affiliated dentists can deliver care to under-served markets and care for thousands of patients who might otherwise not receive treatment. 

Established in 1998 with the merger of three existing group dental practices on the West Coast, Bright Now! Dental, Inc. expanded nationwide in 2003 with the acquisition of Texas-based Monarch Dental Corporation.  We expanded even further in 2004 with the acquisition of Texas-based Castle Dental Centers.  Now, with almost 300 affiliated offices, we have developed substantial expertise in providing business support services to dentists, who have likewise enjoyed growth and success in their practices.

Dental, Inc. provides dentists with business support services, including administrative support, information technology, capital resources (for investment in physical plant, technology, staff, etc.), marketing expertise and support for contracting with payors, unions and employers.  Dentists can benefit from:

We work with practice owner dentists based on a support services agreement.  Dentists retain ownership and control over all aspects of patient care, including treatment decisions and patient records.  While Bright Now! Dental, Inc. provides all business support staff, dentists employ or contract with all clinical staff.
