THS Employment Standards: Most healthcare professionals hired by The Healing Staff will be utilized at United States Government healthcare facilities on contracts issued to The Healing Staff by those Federal Agencies. The certifications, licensures, skills, qualifications and experience required of employment applicants are established by each Federal Agency contract. However, it is unusual for these to differ significantly from typical healthcare industry standards. In some cases the Federal Agency customer requires the completion of Agency-specific orientation or training, and “shadow shift(s)” prior to their acceptance of an applicant, and final hiring by The Healing Staff.
Pay and Benefits: Pay and benefits are contract-specific and are derived from each Federal Agency contract. Contracts may call for Full-time, 40 hour per week, 5 days a week employees, or Full-Time/Part-time on-call, per-diem employees. Therefore, pay (salary or hourly) and benefits (full, partial, or a company-contribution toward the cost of benefits) are relative to each Agency contract’s provisions. However, The Healing Staff always assures at least the availability of high quality healthcare programs.
