Front Office Training Manager

We are currently searching for a Front Office Training Manager to join the Training Team at our support office in Irvine, California.
Must be organized and extremely detail oriented. Logistics are a big part of the job. Has to want to be in a rapidly growing and changing environment. Must be resourceful, this person should not need structure, rather be good at creating it to meet needs. Must have a desire for future growth and development within PDS.
Support our offices remembering that they are our customers.
1. Be the best example for all PDS team members in regards to the Perfect Patient Experience, work ethic, and ethical conduct.
Assist Director of Front Office Development in creating, managing and implementing programs for world class Front Office Development
2. Help develop curriculum, courses, and systems within PDU to reach front office employees company wide.
3. Develop curriculum for PDU online (a vehicle for mass training).
Train Front Office workshops
4. Travel to regional training centers to train Front Office workshops and to individual offices for employee training.

Experience:
Bachelor's degree required.
Min. 3 years developing curriculum in a business environment.
Min. 3 years experience training.
