Assurant Employee Benefits, a leader in the group insurance industry specializing in disability, life and dental products has a position available in the Dental Claims Department/Call Center in our Edina, MN Benefit Center.
Responsibilities as a Dental Claims Associate involve the following:
Provide accurate information to all internal and external customers via inbound phone calls and any other related correspondence
Process claims using internal systems
Requirements
Ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and heightened level of customer service orientation. Must demonstrate ability to work productively in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
