Job Description
Description KAB Dental, Inc. is a fast growing Dental Equipment and Merchandise Distributor. We work with many local, National & International clients. Due to our constant expanding client base, we are looking for ambitious individuals with high energy levels and outgoing attitudes to join our team.
Strong Computer Experience required. Dental Background and Peachtree knowledge preferred.
The role involves administrative activity for a small but very busy Customer Service and Sales Dept.
The role assists in receiving and identifying calls from prospective clients, processing sales orders, preparing estimates & quotations, following up on client contracts, closing the sale, preparing marketing material for special promotions and advertisements, networking with external Sales Reps, preparing for local trade-shows, entering data onto a database system/online store and catalog distribution.
The role receives direction from more senior member's of the company while developing a comprehensive knowledge of industry products.
Requirements Excellent Customer Service Skills and Strong Computer Experience required.
The ability to communicate with vendors and customers at all levels is a must.
Dental Background and Peachtree knowledge preferred.
Effective oral and written communication a must.
Must be strong in Business Math.
Attention to Detail a MUST.
