Job Description
DENTSPLY Tulsa Dental Specialties, a division of DENTSPLY International, Inc. the world's largest manufacturer and supplier of dental products and equipment, has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Supervisor.
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for coaching and supervising a team of 15-20 Inside Territory Managers (Outbound). The supervisor assures that specific revenue, quality and service objectives are met in addition to assisting employees achieve career goals.
Responsibilities:
Involved in the recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training of new employees. Measures the success of individual employees and the team against established goals and measurable standards. Achieves objectives through the development and motivation of employees, improving business processes, generating revenues and controlling expenses. Regularly communicates with Regional Sales Managers and Endo Sales Specialist (ESS) in support of Sale’s plans and strategies, and other team members. Provides input to Marketing in the development and implementation of programs that stimulate sales of products to existing customers. Actively coaches’ employees to enable them to meet established objectives and attain career goals. Provides input to employee compensation, incentive and recognition programs. Provides clear expectations to employees and appraises their performance against established objectives. Provide timely and effective communications within the team, to other sales teams, other departments and the various levels of management. Complies with company and departmental policies and with administrative requirements such as monthly reporting. Reports complaints in accordance to complaint handling process. Performs other duties as assigned or as may be necessary.
Requirements Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrated sales and leadership skills as well as product knowledge. Computer (word processing, spreadsheets) Verbal and written communications Strong interpersonal skills Willingness to travel Education and Experience: Prefer an undergraduate degree from an accredited college/university. 3-5 years supervisory experience.
