Job Description
DENTSPLY Tulsa Dental Specialties, a division of DENTSPLY International, Inc. the world's largest manufacturer and supplier of dental products and equipment, has an immediate opening for an Inside Service And Sales Representative. This position handles inbound customer calls, servicing immediate customer needs. While on line with the customer, the agent is required to input customer orders, process requests for information, register customers for continuing education classes, arrange customer call backs,answer questions and process other clerical tasks. Customer service skills, order entry accuracy, call volume, revenue generation and teamwork are the primary measurements for this team. Equal Employment Opportunity
Requirements Job Requirements :
Processes orders from the following sources: Inbound 800#, e-mail, e-commerce, fax, CE courses, tradeshows, Outside Territory Managers.
Up-sells and cross-sells products successfully to customers during an incoming call.
Retains extensive product knowledge and utilize various job aids to provide necessary information to customers.
Utilizes computer efficiently to access multiple databases and successfully retrieve information aids for successful service and sales.
Relates to a customer in a confident/positive manner in order to effectively service and sell.
Must be self motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment.
Commitment to be at work on a timely and consistent basis.
Bilingual candidates preferred; Spanish/French
