Outside Sales Rep- Dental Supply Sales: +$65K 1st Year w/ NO Prospecting!

Get in with this world-renowned client at the “ground level” and your opportunities for growth will be endless! This 100 year old dental product manufacturer is seeking individuals for an Outside Sales role in its highly coveted Pacific Northwest territory. This role is ideal for candidates who want an Outside Sales role with a company steeped in tradition, with an emphasis on growing the brand!

As a Sales Representative with our client, your duties will include co-traveling with assigned dealers, training in a group environment and product promotions. Your main responsibility will be to train customers and dealer representatives on the benefits of your product line, inform clients of product promotions, complete sales reports and generally motivate the team. Travel will be required in your protected WA, OR and ID territory, expect approximately 4 nights a week for the first 6 months. Each representative will be responsible for the sales for assigned region, with success based on the ambition and drive of the candidate. This position is open to all interested persons who are seeking a career, not just a job, and have the motivation to grow and develop an already extremely profitable territory!

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree a PLUS!
• Comfortable with travel throughout assigned territory; all expenses paid by client
• Prior experience in sales
• Strong communication skills and leadership ability
• The capacity to work with distributors and end customers
• Driven, self-motivated individuals hungry for success
