Job Description
Our dental office, located on the Green Line Metra, bus line and with easy access to the IKE expressway, needs an experienced, dynamic hygienist who is friendly and helpful to patients and looking for an office that always puts their patients and staff first. Come join our "family."
Job Summary:
.Assist doctor in diagnosis for signs of oral disease and help promote good dental care ·Take and scan x-rays on digital equipment ·Provide sealant and other preventive dental care as needed ·Treat periodontal disease with current scaling & root planning modalities and antimicrobial therapies ·Review treatment plan to achieve highest level of oral care ·Instruct patients on good oral hygiene habits and after care for dental treatments rendered ·Promote Whitening for Life Program which includes making custom trays, Laser Smile and educating patients about bleaching
We Require:
.1+ years of proven dental hygienist experience ·Current local anesthetic certificate .A strong team player with great communication skills ·Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ·The utmost integrity and patient care at all times ·A three to four day work week (on average), 8am to 5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and 1 or 2 Saturdays per month from 8am to 3pm
