Welcome to CHD Meridian Healthcare, a subsidiary of I-trax, Inc, and the leading provider of integrated workplace health and productivity management solutions. We are seeking a full-time and part-time Dental Hygienist for our Toyota Family Health Center located San Antonio, TX.
These positions will allow you to work in a state-of-the art facility while utilizing best practices both clinically and technologically. This modern facility is equipped with lab, x-ray, and rehab with easy access to onsite dental and optical services for employee convenience.

Requirements
Candidates must have an unrestricted TX licensure and have at least 2-3 years of previous experience. Candidates with Eaglesoft and Schik experience are preferred. The clinic hours are between 7am-7pm M-F and 8am-Noon on Saturdays, so the candidate will need to be flexible with their schedule.
