Job Description
Job Summary: The Dental Assistant is primarily responsible for assisting with oral surgery and other procedures. This includes, but not limited to, preparing patients to be seen in the operator; providing general chair side assistance, infection control, the taking of x-rays, and other duties as assigned. Required Education/Required Training: Completion of an accredited CDA Program. DANB Certification. CPR Certified. Required Experience: At least 2 years experience. Experience working with underserved or homeless populations preferred. * For correctional position-correctional experience- preferred but not required.
