Description
Calling on Oral Surgeons, Periodontists, and General Dentists selling dental implants. Terrritory is the Hawaiian Islands. Decision makers are Oral Surgeons, Periodontists and General Dentists with no contracts or insurance company involvement. Objective is to maintain existing business and increase to sales plan. Compensation payout at plan should produce $90k on base of $52,000. Over achievers can make more than the $100k in year two and beyond.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a sales representative with 3-5 years of outside sales achievement oriented documented successful sales experience. Will consider OUTSTANDING achievements in business to business sales experience with Fortune 500 companies such as Xerox, Lanier, Wallace Computing, Danka, IKON, Canon, Standard Register, ADP, Paychex, Pitney-Bowes, 3-M, Sonicare, etc. Will consider dentaL/medical reps who had good business to business sales experience before medical. Prior dental or light medical sales working with a manufacturer, not a dealer, would be ideal. Our person should have shown some leadership skills in college via academics, athletics or fraternity/sorority offices held. Must have a BA/BS degree and possess a professional image with good oral and written communication skills. This is a job for a CLOSER and not someone who just wants to maintain current business.
