We have an exciting opportunity for an Ortho Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our Dental Care team. This position is based in our new, state of the art dental offices.

The Ortho RDA prepares patients for examination and ensures our patients are prepared, relaxed and are as comfortable as possible. Working chair-side under the supervision of the dentist, the dental assistant performs a variety of tasks; selecting and handing instruments to the dentist during dental procedures and practices of standardized procedures, techniques and methods used in dental assistance. The Ortho RDA must have excellent patient communication skills and be able to instruct patients on postoperative and general ortho health care.

General Requirements

- Must have active Orthodontic RDA credentials. - 1-2+ yrs of experience as an Ortho RDA. - Excellent communication skills and a professional chair side manner - Excellent time-mangement skills and ability to multi-task is a must - Managed care experience a plus - Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus
