Instructor Training Students for Careers in the Dental Medical Field
Millennium Training Institute is a provider of career focused educational training for students seeking a career change or students wishing to improve or enhance their current career path. We currently have exciting opportunities for instructors with training experience in dental office administration and dental assisting.
Job Description In this position you will provide hands-on training to students attending our school. You must be able to communicate effectively with students that may or may not have prior knowledge of subject matter that includes: dental terminology, exposing and processing x-ray, setting procedure trays, taking impressions, pouring models, sterilization, waste management activities, maintaining dental equipment, records and file management, dental insurance billing, and dental office operations.
Ideal candidate:
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a dental office environment.
- 1+ years experience training students in a classroom environment.
- Solid verbal and written communications skills that includes being a good listener.
- Excellent presentation skills both personal and academic.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.
Education:
Business school or college degree preferred.
