Job Description
The Atlanta Dental Group PC is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to care for our family of patients. Our full time dental hygienist sees patients Monday through Thursday and works with a Hygiene Patient Coordinator who acts as a hygiene assistant and hygiene patient educator.
Hygiene treatment hours are currently:
- Monday and Wednesday 8 am to 5:30 PM
- Tuesday 8 am to 5 PM
- Thursday 10 am to 7 PM
We currently also have a part time RDH who sees patients two Saturdays a month from 8 AM to 1 PM each Saturday that patients are seen.
The hygiene area has two brand new hygiene delivery systems along with prophy jets and cavitron equipment. The hygienist provides a full periodontal management program and works closely with Dr. Padolsky in offering both surgical and non surgical management of periodontal disease.
Most hygienists love working with a dental hygiene assistant. The Hygiene Patient Care Coordinator reduces the stress of patient care by seating, dismissing, educating and reappointing hygiene patients along with taking necessary x-rays and assisting with hygiene recall. Our dental group believes that our RDH is an important dental professional who serves as integral team member in providing the best dental service we can to our family of patients.
The applicant must have a current Dental hygiene license in the state of Georgia. This license can only be obtained after graduating an accredited dental hygiene program and after successfully completing the Southeast Regional Dental boards.
