Job Description
BriteSmile, Professional Teeth Whitening Centers, is currently seeking Part-time Dentists in the New York Metropolitan area for our West 57th Street and SoHo Spas. Flexible schedules available; work schedule will be on a per day basis. The incumbent administers the BriteSmile teeth whitening procedure and supervises our Dental Assistants on clinical protocol. Emphasis placed on customer service and retail sales. We are in the highly competitive retail industry, and we cater to upscale clientele. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Administering the BriteSmile procedure to our clients
- Client consultations
- Ensuring proper technique of all clinical staff
- Assisting the retail Center with meeting sales targets and procedure goals
- Overseeing clinical staff on procedure protocol
- Ensuring proper maintenance of patient files
- Training other dental professionals about the BriteSmile procedure
- Assisting with ensuring sound business practices at the Center
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Active DDS or DMD license in good standing with the State of New York
- Ability to support quality retail sales and customer service
- Management experience preferred
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and follow-up skills
- Experience in upscale, complex or dental consumer products or services
- High energy, enthusiasm and professionalism
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial and rapidly changing environment
