BriteSmile, Professional Teeth Whitening Centers, is currently seeking Full and Part-time Sales Associates/Dental Assistants in the San Diego Metropolitan area to become a part of our La Jolla Spa retail sales team. We look for enthusiastic team players with exceptional sales and customer service skills to grow our business. The incumbent will demonstrate a professional appearance and demeanor. In addition, the individual must show initiative, self-motivation and organizational skills. Because we cater to upscale clientele, we expect quality customer service from our staff. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Offering exceptional customer service to our clientele
- Meeting Center sales targets and procedure goals
- Consultations with potential clients to educate them on the whitening procedure and its benefits
- Assisting our Dentists with BriteSmile procedures
- Maintenance of customer files and coordination of he customer scheduling system
- Ensuring sound business practices at the Center
- Opening and closing procedures for the Center
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Two or more years experience in a retail and customer service environment
- Outstanding customer service and sales skills in a retail, dental or related field
- Sales experience in upscale, complex or retail consumer products or services
- High energy, enthusiasm and professional appearance
- Two or more years Dental Assistant experience helpful
- Dental certification helpful
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial and rapidly changing environment
- Strong personal computer skills
