Job Description
•Quality -- ensure Office Clinical performance meets/exceeds patient standards determined by the ADA, or other governing body, as well as Allcare Dental’s operating model
•Dentistry -- providing high quality extractions/alveoplasty/tori removal/frenectomies (within the scope of your training) and inserting/adjusting immediate removable prosthetics
•Communication -- practicing open & honest communication with all Office Clinical staff, Office Management & Regional Management regarding office operations; responding to Clinical/Operational concerns timely & effectively, ensuring a cohesive office team
•Fiscal responsibility -- support the achievement of office targets & budgetary goals, providing ideas for continuous improvement
•After hours contact—Provide Allcare’s answering service with a cell phone number that you can be reached at during non-business hours only for patients that have been seen in the office recently and are having an emergency due to work that you have done.
